Case study
Mission
When we set out to transform Mission Cloud, the goal was straightforward: refresh the brand to better reflect our dynamism and innovation. This wasn't just about a new aesthetic; it was about aligning every touchpoint with who we are and where we're headed.

The details
Tweaking our identity
The rebranding effort was comprehensive, touching on everything from the look and feel to the way we communicate. We updated our brand guide to introduce fresh colors, new typography, custom iconography, and a tone that speaks to our audience more directly. Ditching generic stock photos, we chose to highlight our real team members through photo and video shoots, adding a personal touch to our brand story.
Upgrading our materials
With our new brand identity as the foundation, I led our content teams to overhaul our sales enablement and informational content. This meant applying our new brand standards and voice across all materials to ensure consistency and authenticity, making every piece of content recognizably Mission Cloud.
Refreshing our website
The website needed a major update to reflect our new direction. We focused on modernizing the outdated infrastructure to create a more engaging, user-friendly, and modern online presence. This wasn't just about looks; it was about improving the overall user experience to better serve our visitors.
