Mission_2.0

Mission's current Webflow build worked as an informational site, but when Marketing shifted to a content-heavy GTM strategy, it quickly hit the ceiling. Webflow couldn’t scale to handle the volume of resources, nor could it deliver personalized experiences aligned to specific customer pain points.

We approached the redesign as a system, not just a site. The goal was to transition from brochure to marketing tool, future-proofing the platform to serve targeted content dynamically, keep pace with publishing velocity, and give Marketing absolute control.

The new build was designed around Contentful as a headless CMS, paired with a React front end. Content models were structured to handle a growing library of resources, while components were built for re-use across campaigns and landing pages. Personalization was core: users migrating for cost reduction would see a different experience than those optimizing performance, ensuring relevance at every touchpoint.

Design direction stayed tightly aligned to Mission’s brand while introducing a scalable component library. Deployed on Vercel, the system was designed for speed and scalability, giving Mission a modern delivery pipeline alongside its new CMS and component library.

The Results

The platform was designed, built, and ready to launch, representing a step change from static brochure to dynamic marketing tool. A leadership change paused deployment at the goal line, but the work established the blueprint for how Mission could scale its digital strategy around content and personalization.
